Terms & Conditions (Retail)

Prior Products Ltd. Terms and Conditions – April 2023

  1. This agreement is binding for both parties and cannot be cancelled unless under the conditions specified in points 2 and 3.
  2. If a customer wishes to terminate the agreement after a 7-day cooling-off phase, Prior Products Ltd. may, at its discretion, approve the cancellation if compensated by the customer for any incurred costs up until the termination date.
  3. The company may annul the agreement if, after reviewing a Surveyor’s report and consulting with the customer, the company’s technical staff concludes that satisfactory installation is unfeasible or the agreement does not reflect the actual work requirements.
  4. Payment for products is due upon delivery. For supply and installation, full payment or account balance is due upon completion. Issues like broken glass or damaged handles will be addressed under the warranty and cannot be reasons for withholding payment, unless previously agreed.
  5. The company can levy a 5% monthly interest on any remaining balance post-installation.
  6. Delivery time is approximated during order placement, and while the company strives to adhere to it, no compensation will be provided for delays or extended installations.
  7. The customer must accept delivery or enable installation once informed of product readiness. If no appointment is made within 28 days, the remaining purchase cost becomes due with interest accrued as per point 5.
  8. Post-delivery and pre-installation, product safety is the customer’s responsibility. The company isn’t liable for damage due to weather extremes.
  9. The company assures free repairs or replacements for faulty products caused by material or construction defects within a 10-year period from installation, excluding items in point 10. Claims must be written and within the warranty. Locking mechanisms, hinges, and metal moving parts have a 5-year guarantee. Cosmetic wear on handles is excluded from the warranty.
